The Adult Department connects the community with local businesses and talent. We offer programs that appeal to a wide variety of patron interests and abilities... and we always love your suggestions for new events!

A free, self sustaining seed library to area residents that promotes community food grown from heirloom, open-pollinated and self-pollinated plants.

338 packets of seed have been graciously donated by: Baker's Creek Heirloom Seeds and Sow True Seed. Growing Harvest Seed Library participants returned 73 seed envelopes of locally grown seeds.

Growing Harvest is located on the second floor, adjacent to the Reference Desk.

Please continue to donate seeds from your harvest as you are able.

There are currently 135 members of the Growing Harvest Seed Library, if you are interested in joining, see the 2nd floor Reference Desk Staff for more information.
