Some content on this site requires a web browser plugin called Java.
Most computers today either come preinstalled with it or will install it automatically the first time it is needed.


If automatic installation fails, you may need to install Java manually.

It is completely safe to install Java. It doesn't contain any viruses, spywares or malwares.


If Java is installed but you still cannot use some functions of our website, you can try the following (in order):

  1. A bar may appear at the top of the page asking for permission to allow active content.
    Simply click this bar and allow active content on our page.

  2. Verify your Java installation to make sure you are running the latest version.

  3. Clear your browser cache and restart your browser.

  4. Restart your computer.

  5. Try updating your web browser, or try using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome.
